Dataset for: Macroscopic Investigation of Water Volume Effects on Interfacial Dynamic Behaviors between Clathrate Hydrate and Water

The effects of droplet volume on the interfacial dynamic between water droplet solution and cyclopentane hydrate probe. Using z-directional microbalance, the adhesion force is measured. Also, using stereoscope, change of probe size and capillary bridge is observed.
