⢠IGF2BP1 promotes leukemia stem cell phenotype by regulating HOXB4, MYB and ALDH1A1.⢠Inhibition of IGF2BP1 reduces leukemia tumorigenicity, and enhances leukemia cell death and differentiation. Overall design: RNA sequencing analysis of 697 (EU3) ALDH+ subpopulations with and without IGF2BP1 knockdown was performed from four biological replicates (n=4). Each biological replicate represents de novo selection of ALDH+ cells and independent doxycycline treatments.
