Types of pharmaceutical drugs supplied to medical facilities in South Korea 2023

In 2023, around 89 percent of pharmaceutical drugs supplied to medical care facilities were prescription drugs. The remaining roughly 11 percent were over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. That year, approximately 4.2 trillion South Korean won worth of OTC medication was supplied to medical facilities.
