SYKE-plankton_CytoSense_2025

The SYKE‑plankton_CytoSense_2025 dataset comprises multimodal plankton imaging data collected using a CytoSense instrument under three distinct acquisition settings: LAB, SEA, and UTO. Each sample consists of an image and a corresponding profile file. Depending on the subset, class labels may or may not be available.

The dataset is divided into three subsets:

- UTO: An unlabeled multimodal dataset intended for unsupervised or self‑supervised learning.
