Airline Customer Support English Audio Dataset is an English speech dataset designed for training and evaluating models in Automatic Speech Recognition, Emotional tone classification, Voice synthesis and generation, etc. The dataset includes dialogues from airline customer support scenarios where participants due to a flight delay missed their connecting flight and are requesting to book the next available flight. The dataset is small with less than 1K samples and is not fully representative of Indias linguistic and emotional diversity.
