K562 cells were perturbed with drug combinations for 12h in droplets. Subsequently cells were processed to generate liraries for RNA-Seq. Overall design: Control experiments for the multiplex combinatorial drug screen in droplets. Experiments were performed in bulk, droplets or with ERCC spike ins to assess the performance of droplets-based drug screens using gene expression as a readout.
