Confocal z-stacks of 72 hpf zebrafish ER:mStayGold transgenics

Raw single-channel confocal z-stacks (Nikon ND2) supporting a comparison of two zebrafish eef1a1l1 (EF1A) promoter lengths (2.2 kb vs 2.6 kb) driving an ER-membrane reporter (monomeric StayGold fused to Sec61β) integrated at the pIGLET14a landing site (`p14a.2.2.eef1a1l1:mSG:sec61b and p14a.2.6.eef1a1l1:mSG:sec61b `). Imaged in the flank musculature posterior to the yolk extension at 72 hpf; one animal per file; 13 optical sections at 5 µm spacing, 0.8 µm in-plane pixel size; identical acquisition across all files. Includes both constructs (2.2 kb, n=17; 2.6 kb,n=30) and the laser-off/laser-on background calibration acquisitions.
