Dataset of Biochemical and haematological changes in foals following vaccination against Equine Epizootic Lymphangitis

This dataset contains biochemical and haematological measurements from a controlled study evaluating the response of foals vaccinated against Histoplasma farciminosum, the causative agent of Equine Epizootic Lymphangitis (EEL). The study involved two groups of foals: Vaccinated group (n=15) received an inactivated Histoplasma farciminosum ‘8ZH’ vaccine. Control group (n=15) received a sterile saline placebo. Dataset Includes:Biochemical parameters: AST, ALT, bilirubin, creatinine, glucose, cholesterol.Haematological parameters: WBC, RBC, haemoglobin, haematocrit, leukocyte count.Timepoints: Day 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 post-vaccination.
