Arabidopsis root gene expression profiles in response to Pseudomonas simiae WCS417 inoculation and mock treatment

The goal is to assess the impact of Pseudomonas simiae WCS417 inoculation on the gene expression profiles in the roots of different Arabidopsis genotypes compared to mock treatment. Arabidopsis roots were incubated with WCS417 for 6 hours and harvested. The mock roots were treated with 10 mM MgSO4.
