Data and analysis code for manuscript "Preparations for VHEE FLASH experiments with a compact, high-peak-current, X-band linear accelerator"

Data and analysis code for manuscript entitled "Preparations for VHEE FLASH experiments with a compact, high-peak-current, X-band linear accelerator".The primary iPython notebook, radres_manuscript_figures.ipynb, can be used to generate the figures used in this manuscript. The environment.yml file can create a virtual environment with the required Python3 dependencies.TOPAS input decks are also included in some folders with seeds set to reproduce Monte Carlo simulation results presented in the manuscript. TOPAS 3.5 was used for these simulations. Any filename of the format "job*_.txt" is used to run simulations, while "run.tps" files can be run for geometry visualization.
