Metatranscriptomic Analysis of the Utrecht AGS WWTP Under Anaerobic Conditions

This study presents metatranscriptomic sequencing of aerobic granular sludge collected from a well-performing full-scale aerobic granular sludge (AGS) wastewater treatment plant in Utrecht, The Netherlands, during the anaerobic phase of operation to characterize active microbial populations and functional gene expression.
