To investigate the effect of the sphingolipid S1P secreted by melanoma cells on epidermal keratinocytes, we treated human primary keratinocytes with exogenous S1P. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of HPK treated or not with S1P (1µM) for 24 h. Each condition was performed in 5 replicates.
