Replicate correlations

Replicate correlations between replicate samples of MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, <i>in virio</i>, post extraction and post reassembly.<br>Correlations are between capillary electrophoresis (CE) traces for different replicates samples analysed using the BoXFP software package.<br>Each file contains Pearson correlation coefficients (PCCs) between replicates pairwise for each of the preprocessing windows employed by the BoXFP software package<br>The primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files. <br><br>for all treatments 3 replicates have been used excepted for the primer 6 Virion and Reassembled samples where two replicates have been used.
