Our results indicated that a Nur77-derived phosphorylated peptide containing the phosphorylated T366 promotes epithelium-embryo adhesion both in vitro and in vivo, RNA-seq analysis was applied in the uterus samples from delayed implantation mouse model treated with pepetide-pThr366 or saline intrauterus injection. Overall design: Mice were ovariectomized on the morning of D4 and maintained by Progesterone injections, then was terminated via the injection of a sufficient dose of Estrogen, and either saline or a peptide was then injected into the uterus. Uerine samples from peptide and saline groups were collected at 12 h after peptide injection for RNA sequencing.
