RNA-seq of Human microvascular lung endothelial cells. Homo sapiens

Patients receiving mechanical ventilation for acute lung injury (ALI) or acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are at risk for ventilator-associated lung injury (VILI). Our RNA-Seq data provides a comprehensive survey of the transcriptome of HMVLECs under pathological and physiological CS conditions, either with TNF-alpha or not. It provides a useful resource for our in-depth understanding of genes and pathways contributing the pathogenesis of ALI and VILI.
