Wheat rhizosphere microbiome

The dataset shows distributions of bacterial and fungal operational taxonomic units present in all wheat rhizosphere and field soil samples and their classifications according to phyla, class etc. The datasets also indicate Bacillus subtilis concentration on the roots of different wheat cultivars at harvest. Biocontrol activity of Bacillus subtilis against Fusarium pseudograminearum dataset is attached.
