Chain Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and Resilience on the Relationship between Wellbeing Literacy and Subjective Well-being Among College Students

This cross-sectional study recruited 1030 college students using convenience sampling between October 8, 2022, and October 26, 2022.A summary of the demographic statistics is presented: 353 (34.3%) participants were male, while 677 (65.7%) were female. The sample consisted of 430 freshmen (41.8%), 323 sophomores (31.4%), and 276 juniors (26.8%). Additionally, 237 participants (23%) were only children, 493 participants (47.9%) had been left behind for over half a year before the age of 10, and 185 (18%) were from single-parent or divorced families. The average age was 19.14 ± 1.12 years (95% CI: 19.07–19.21).
