资源简介:
Psychological detachment, affective rumination, problem-solving pondering, positive work-reflection, and negative work-reflection have been distinguished as distinct aspects of work-related rumination. These five aspects have not been studied in an integrated way in experience sampling studies. We study the five aspects of work-related rumination in concert to identify which aspects explain unique variance in energetic well-being. We will predict (1) energetic well-being the next morning and (2) trajectories of energetic well-being over the course of the next day. 140 individuals have registered for this study. We conduct an experience sampling study across 10 with surveys in the morning before starting work, at noon in the lunch break, in the afternoon upon leaving work, and at bedtime shortly before going to bed. We will capture work-related rumination at bedtime. We will capture indicators of energetic well-being four times a day. We will focus on vitality and fatigue, but capture additional aspects of energetic well-being in the morning. notReviewed other
