The areas of the nature parks in M-V have been digitised separately (?primary data). The areas of the individual nature parks were stored together with the areas of the national parks and biosphere reserves in a shape file. From this, the areas of the nature parks were selected and stored in their own shape file. The present limits represent the official interpretation of the ordinance cards (developed by the Grand Protected Area Administration). For details see documentation of primary data
