Analysis of the mechanism of superiority of cassava tetraploids against verticillium leaf mite

The differences in the transcriptome levels of cassava diploids and tetraploids before and after infestation by the verticillium leaf mite were investigated by greenhouse potting and artificial inoculation methods using Huanan 205 cassava diploids and tetraploids, so as to analyses the mechanism of mite resistance in cassava tetraploids at molecular level.
