Transcriptome analysis of MRV-infected human TMSCs

This BioProject contains RNA sequencing data generated from human tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells (TMSCs) obtained from three donors. For each donor, cells were cultured under two conditions, mock-treated control and mammalian orthoreovirus (MRV) infection, resulting in six samples in total. This dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional responses of TMSCs to MRV infection and to enable comparison between infected and control samples across donors.
