Locusta migratoria manilensis Raw sequence reads

We characterize of temporal expression of immune genes in female locust challenged by fungal pathogen, Aspergillus spp. we used 4 replication of treated and control to find the change in immune expression of locust after infection with Aspergillus 24 h after inoculation with Aspergillus oryzae. We find different immune genes expressed in female hemocytes after inoculation with Aspergillus Oryzae. These are the raw reads of treated and untreated female haemolymph
