The goal of the study is to investigate the differences in bacterial and fungal community composition between three Andropogon gerardii ecotypes (dry, mesic, and wet) reciprocally planted and grown under long-term dry conditions of Colby, KS. The ecotype rhizobiome profiles were screened under differential environmental stress growing conditions using 16rRNA and ITS-1 amplicon sequencing.
