FlyWire Information Flow Ranks

This repository contains the results of the information flow ranl caluclations used in the analysis around Figure 6 in the manuscript "Neuronal wiring diagram of an adult brain". We applied the information flow model from Schlegel et al. [1] starting from different sets of neurons as indicated by the filename. For each seed set, we ran the model 10,000 times and took the average for each neuron (layer_mean in the feather files).
