The transcription factor Oct4 was immunoprecipitated from mouse embryonic stem cell lysates in near-to-physiological buffer to maintain molecular interactions. The Oct4-bound (and control goat Ab-bound) RNA was then isolated from the immunoprecipitate using Ambion RNAqueous Micro Kit. Total RNA was isolated from mouse embryonic stem cell lysates using Qiagen RNeasy Mini Kit. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
