资源简介:
Denitrification is the process of gradually reducing nitrate and nitrite to nitric oxide, nitrous oxide and nitrogen, which mainly occurs under anaerobic conditions and exists in the farmland soil widely. Soil denitrification serves as a primary source of nitrous oxide, long-lived trace gas that contributes significantly to global warming and stratospheric ozone destruction. Black soil and fluvo-aquic soil are two important agricultural soils in China. Previous studies have revealed that the denitrification rate and nitrous oxide emission significantly differ between black soil and fluvo-aquic soil. This research focuses on investigating the microbial mechanisms underlying the differences in denitrification function between black and fluvo-aquic soils. Through establishing varied cultivation conditions, denitrifying bacterial strains are isolated and screened from these two soil types.
