Hydraulic response repartitioning in managed urban water systems: figure-ready data and code

Figure-ready data and code for reproducing two quantitative figures on hydraulic architecture, routing and receiving-water response repartitioning in observed urban water systems. The archive contains a sanitized source-data workbook, a minimal lake-and-pipe GIS subset, reconstruction scripts, reference outputs, checksums and input-validation tools. It excludes manuscript submission files, author contact details, affiliations, funding metadata, raw operational records, the complete GIS archive and full resampling draws. The materials support figure-level regeneration and bounded audit of displayed estimates; they do not provide full event-level reproduction or establish causal effects, pollutant mass removal, operational safety or increased total capacity.
