Gene induction by low pH in oesophageal cells

Differential gene expression analysis of oesophageal cells stimulated with a low pH environment. Study designed to identify pathways involved in progression of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease through Barrett's oesophagus to adenocarcinoma.
