通过对收费站通行效率的分析,有助于优化收费站的运营效率,如调整车道开放数量、优化车辆流过收费站的过程、合理安排工作人员,以提高通行速度和减少车辆等待时间。1、数据采集:收集经过收费站以及收费站上一个断面的车辆信息及通过时间。 2、数据处理: (1)入口流量(辆)、出口流量(辆)是汇总当日进入和离开收费站的车辆总数; (2)ETC车道/MTC车道-平均排队时间(s)的计算逻辑如下: ① 取最近一周经过收费站ETC车道/MTC车道的车辆数据,先计算每个车次从上一个断面行驶到收费站的通行时间,然后用分位数算法提取出TOP 5%通行时间短的车次,再计算这些车次的平均通行时间,作为收费站ETC车道/MTC车道的自由流时间。 ② 用当日收费站ETC车道/MTC车道所有车次从上一个断面行驶到收费站的通行时间的平均值减去ETC车道/MTC车道自由流时间,计算结果为当日ETC车道/MTC车道-平均排队时间(s)。 (3)根据ETC车道/MTC车道-平均排队时间(s)落在4个区间(0,100s]、(100s,200s]、(200s,600s]、(600s,+)中的位置,对应的返回0、1、2、3,作为ETC车道/MTC车道-拥堵等级。

Analysis of toll station traffic efficiency can help optimize the operational efficiency of toll stations, including adjusting the number of open lanes, optimizing the vehicle passing process at the toll station, and arranging staff reasonably to improve traffic speed and reduce vehicle waiting time. 1. Data Collection: Collect vehicle information and passage time at the toll station and its upstream adjacent road section. 2. Data Processing: (1) Entry traffic volume (vehicles) and exit traffic volume (vehicles) refer to the total number of vehicles entering and leaving the toll station on the current day, respectively. (2) The calculation logic for the average queuing time (s) of ETC lane/MTC lane is as follows: ① For the vehicle data passing through the ETC lane/MTC lane of the toll station in the latest week, first calculate the travel time of each trip from the upstream road section to the toll station. Then use the quantile algorithm to extract the top 5% of trips with the shortest travel time, and calculate the average travel time of these trips as the free-flow time of the ETC lane/MTC lane of the toll station. ② Subtract the free-flow time of the ETC lane/MTC lane from the average travel time of all trips passing through the ETC lane/MTC lane of the toll station on the current day (from the upstream road section to the toll station), and the resulting value is taken as the average queuing time (s) of the ETC lane/MTC lane on that day. (3) According to the interval where the average queuing time (s) of the ETC lane/MTC lane falls into the four intervals: (0, 100s], (100s, 200s], (200s, 600s], (600s, +∞), return 0, 1, 2, 3 correspondingly as the congestion level of the ETC lane/MTC lane.
