This deposit contains the complete analysis code and supporting data for the study: "Leukocyte Glycemic Index Associated with 30-Day Mortality in Sepsis Patients with New-Onset Atrial Fibrillation: Insights from the MIMIC-IV Database" Contents: - 20250624_extract_code.sql : SQL queries for cohort selection, variable extraction, and LGI calculation from MIMIC-IV (version 3.1).- revision_analysis.R : Main R script: data preprocessing, Cox models, restricted cubic splines, threshold effect, subgroup forest plot, ROC, calibration, and DCA.- component_comparison_analysis.R : Supplementary R script comparing LGI with its components (WBC, glucose) using tertile analysis and incremental prediction.- analysis_dataset_with_lgi.csv : Final analytical dataset (n=691) with all variables used in the study, including computed LGI and log(LGI) tertiles.- spline_curve_data.csv : Data for plotting adjusted hazard ratios from the restricted cubic spline model.- decision_curve_data.csv : Net benefit values for decision-curve analysis.- lgi_formula_and_cutpoint_check.csv : Summary of LGI formula, tertile cutpoints, and baseline characteristics.- missingness_report.csv : Missing data report after imputation (zero missing for all analysis variables).- figure_manifest.csv : List of generated figures with file sizes.- R_sessionInfo.txt : R session information (version 4.6.0 and package versions) for reproducibility. Reproducibility: 1. Obtain MIMIC-IV 3.1 (physionet.org) and run 20250624_extract_code.sql to create the raw extraction tables.2. Run revision_analysis.R to reproduce all main results, tables, and figures (Figures 2, 3, 4, 5A-5C, and Supplemental Figure S1).3. Run component_comparison_analysis.R for component-wise tertile comparisons and prediction performance. All analyses were performed in R 4.6.0. Required packages are listed in R_sessionInfo.txt.
