Measuring the Measurers: Dataset for Evaluating the Reliability and Validity of Mobile Network RTT Measurements

This repository contains the dataset accompanying the paper: Measuring the Measurers: An Evaluation of Reliability and Validity in Cellular Measurements The dataset contains active round-trip time (RTT) measurements collected using the MARKlab measurement platform across multiple European mobile network operators. It was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of active latency measurements under different probing methodologies. The measurements were collected from 19 measurement nodes deployed across 9 European countries, covering 26 mobile network operators. Each measurement run consists of 100 RTT probes collected using different probing protocols and target endpoints.
