Median value of bank appraisals on housing in Portugal monthly 2022-2024, by region

In Portugal, the median value of bank appraisals was over 1.59 thousand euros per square meter in April 2024. There was a 16-euro increase compared to the previous month. Greater Lisbon presented the highest price per square meter, namely 2,333 euros, followed by the Algarve region, at 2,110 euros.
