NTNU curated dataset

This record contains the NTNU curated dataset, a manually curated dataset of sentences describing transcription factor–target gene (TF–TG) interactions. Each sentence is annotated to indicate whether it contains a regulatory interaction between a transcription factor and a target gene, and to specify the direction of regulation (activation, repression, or undefined). This dataset accompanies the ExTRI2 manuscript, “ExTRI2: Harnessing Transformers for Enhanced Mining of Transcription Regulation Interactions.”
