Growth rate in corporate sales value in India 2003-2018

The compound annual growth rate of the sales value generated by India's Nifty-500 listed companies from 2014 to 2018 was about 7.1 percent. This was a significant decrease compared to the 25 percent growth rate between 2003 and 2008. India's economy was booming in the early 2000's and the corporate sector reflected this growth.
