FLEXPART Emission Sensitivity Footprints for Estimating Hydrofluorocarbon Emissions in China, 2021–2024

This dataset contains standardized FLEXPART footprint files used for atmospheric inverse modelling of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) emissions in China during 2021–2024. The archive includes 30 NetCDF files for eight observation sites in China: CBS, CHD, HLG, MEY, PQG, SHA, WYS, and WZS. Each file corresponds to one site and one simulation year and is named as `footprint_<station>_<year>.nc`. Each NetCDF file contains the three-dimensional variable `footprint(lon, lat, time)`, with dimensions of 360 × 180 × time. Longitude, latitude, and time are provided as coordinate variables. The time coordinate has a 3-hour resolution. The footprint variable has units of (nmol m⁻² s⁻¹)⁻¹.
