Replication Data for: glomerulus_tiles

This data contains the coordinates of a series of 100-pixel square tiles that overlay the glomeruli of cases of membranous nephropathy and minimal change disease. These tiles can be used to approximate the space and shape and 2-dimensional coordinates within each glomerulus that is composed of tissue as opposed to vascular and Bowmans space. Effectively, these tiles define an observation window within the glomerulus within which puncta of IgG staining can be observed.
