<strong>Virologic outcomes on dolutegravir-, atazanavir, or efavirenz-based ART in urban Zimbabwe: A longitudinal study [Dataset]</strong>

This dataset includes individuals aged ≥12 years when commencing first-line efavirenz (EFV)-based antiretroviral therapy (ART) or switching to second-line dolutegravir (DTG)- or ritonavir boosted atazanavir (ATV/r)-based ART with ≥24 weeks follow-up after start or switch. Available are CD4 cell counts, year of start/switch, sex at birth, age groups, HIV viral suppression (<50 copies/mL), vital status at time of analysis (lost to follow up (LTFU) or died), and the various regimens.
