<b>Approaches for Sustainable Professional Skill Development for Vocational Education Students in Thailand</b>

This study explores sustainable professional skill development for vocational education students in Thailand. It uses qualitative research with 36 participants, including administrators, teachers, and students. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research process consists of literature review, data collection, analysis, and verification. The findings highlight factors influencing skill development and approaches for sustainable development, such as curriculum design, practical training, interactive learning, and self-development. These approaches aim to enhance the competencies of vocational education students for lifelong learning and sustainable development.
