According to a survey among more than 10,000 food delivery consumers in China in 2020, nearly 90 percent of respondents said they were willing to pay extra for getting environmentally-friendly packaging for their food delivery orders. Around 45.6 percent of respondents said they accepted an additional cost below one yuan for each order for eco-friendly packaging.
