资源简介:
H1_NoiseGradient.csv Data frame that contains acoustic characteristics measured in Raven Pro 1.5 from helicopter noise and six species of birds on Hawaii Island to answer “Question 1,” does total vocalization time (s) of birds change with increasing power of helicopter noise (dB)? The columns show the recording site (“site”); the recording station (“station”); the unique identifier of each helicopter recording (“fileID”); the ten-second interval of helicopter noise from where measurements were taken (“selection_no”); whether the ten-second interval was at the beginning, middle, or end of the helicopter noise, from start of noise to peak frequency (“period”); the maximum power of the helicopter noise during each ten-second interval (“dB”); the frequency range of the helicopter noise during each ten-second interval (“freq”); the total vocalization time of each bird species during the ten-second interval (“tot_voctime”); the four-letter code of each bird species (“species”); and the type of vocalization detected for each bird species during the ten-second interval (“voctype”). H2_NoisePeriods.csv Data frame that contains acoustic characteristics measured in Raven Pro 1.5 from helicopter noise and five species of birds on Hawaii Island to answer “Question 2,” does total vocalization time (s) of birds differ between ten-second periods “before,” “during,” and “after” helicopter noise? The columns show the recording site (“site”); the recording station (“station”); the unique identifier of each helicopter recording (“fileID”); the total vocalization time of each bird species during the ten-second interval (“tot_voctime”); the four-letter code of each bird species (“species”); the type of vocalization detected for each bird species during the ten-second interval (“voctype”); the period of helicopter noise, before, during, or after (“Period”); and the maximum power of the helicopter noise for the entirety of the helicopter noise (“dB”). H3_AcousticIndex.csv Data frame that contains Bioacoustic Index measurements calculated between 4 – 8 kHz from ten-second intervals of a soundscape recording containing biotic sounds and helicopter noise. The Bioacoustic Index was calculated using the R package Soundecology (Villanueva-Rivera et al. 2011). The columns show the recording site (“site”); the recording station (“station”); the unique identifier of each helicopter recording (“fileID”); the period of helicopter noise, before, during, or after (“Period”); and the Bioacoustic Index measurement (“BI_4kHz”). HelicopterAbundance.csv Data frame that contains helicopter counts (“heli.abundance”) for each recording site (“Site”) during nine hours of recordings.AmbientNoise_Measurements_UWFR.xlsx Data frame that contains power measurements (dBA) of ambient noise at the Upper Waiākea Forest Reserve. Columns show the recording station (“Recording Station”); the time of day at which the measurement was taken, in military time (“Time”); the first power measurement (“Meas 1”); the second power measurement (“Meas 2”); the third power measurement (“Meas 3”); and the average power measurement for each recording station (“Average”).
