Sweet potato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci is a globally significant agricultural pest known for its ability to transmit a wide range of plant viruses and rapidly develop resistance to insecticides. To investigate the regulatory landscape underlying its biology and adaptability, we performed high-throughput small RNA sequencing from eggs of B. tabaci.
