ZikaBase

This study made an attempt to curate the ZIKV(Zika virus)-Human interaction proteins from published literatures and RNA-Seq data. 11 direct interaction, 12 associated genes are retrieved from literatures and 3742 Differentially Expressed Genes (DEGs) are obtained from RNA-Seq analysis. The genes have been analyzed to construct the ZIKV-Human Interactome Map.本研究尝试从已发表文献及RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据中筛选寨卡病毒（ZIKV, Zika virus）与人类的互作蛋白。从文献中检索得到11种直接互作蛋白、12个关联基因，经RNA测序分析获得3742个差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs）。已对上述基因开展分析，以构建寨卡病毒-人类互作组图谱（ZIKV-Human Interactome Map）。
