Raw Data1: Mtb H37Rv short-linear PDZ-binding motif proteins at the host‒pathogen interface

This dataset contains raw data supporting the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript on syntenin PDZ domain–peptide interactions. The files are organized into thematic folders corresponding to specific figures and computational experiments. RAW DATA_Ligplot and figures.rar: Contains the Ligplot graphs with interactions between each syntenin PDZ domain (PDZ1 or PDZ2) and each of the studied peptides. RAW DATA_MDOCKPEP: Contains files with the results of MDOCKPeo docking simulations between each syntenin PDZ domain (PDZ1 or PDZ2) and each of the studied peptides. Each .rar archive contains the 10 lowest energies for each docking result.
