The Differentially Expressed Protein Database was designed to store the output of comparative proteomics studies and provides a publicly available query and analysis platform for data mining. The database contains information about more than 3000 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) manually extracted from the published literature, including relevant biological, experimental and methodological elements.

差异表达蛋白质数据库（Differentially Expressed Protein Database）专为存储比较蛋白质组学研究的产出数据而设计，并搭建了公开可访问的查询与分析平台以支持数据挖掘工作。本数据库收录了从已发表文献中人工提取的3000余种差异表达蛋白质（differentially expressed proteins, DEPs）的相关信息，涵盖生物学、实验及方法学相关要素。
