Comparison of gene expression of mouse lung adenocarcinoma-associated CD4 cells isolated from C57BL/6 mice injected with Kras-CL and Kras IKKa low cells Overall design: Lung tissues were collected at 1.5 months after cell injection. Then CD4+ cells were isolated using magnetic beads. Total RNAs from CD4+ cells were extracted using Trizol and then subjected to hybridization for Affymetrix microarray.
