TRAF2 as a key candidate gene in clinical hepatitis B-associated liver fibrosis

Ten liver tissues were used for RNA sequencing(RNA-seq) and were obtained from 10 patients who underwent surgical resection for the treatment of HBV-associated liver cancer in the liver fibrosis group (n=5) or hemangioma in the control group(n=5). RNA-seq showed that 1105 genes were aberrantly expressed with more than log2-fold change in liver fibrosis tissues (P<0.05).
