资源简介:
This dataset contains measurement of soil erosion digitalized on the paper of Tromp-van Meerveld et al. (Tromp-van Meerveld, H. J., Parlange, J. Y., Barry, D. A., Tromp, M. F., Sander, G. C., Walter, M. T., & B., P. M. (2008). Influence of sediment settling velocity on mechanistic soil erosion modeling. Water Resources Research, 44 (6), W06401. doi: 10.1029/2007WR00636). In addition to the digitalized data, their simulation using the Iber+ modelling plateform is also provided (both the model and the results of the simulation). The Iber+ model should be run with the executables provided by CEA & GARCIA-FEAL 2023, "Iber+ executables (V3.2b)", https://doi.org/10.57745/UFEK4L. These data come form experiments of rainfall-driven soil erosion in a 6 m long and 2 m wide rectilinear flume. The bed of the flume was made of a sediment mixture with grain sizes ranging from clay to sand. The proportion of seven particle classes in the original soil was measured at the flume outlet. The data provided are related to the conditions of experiment H3, in which the slope of the flume was 2.2% and a rainfall intensity of 47.5 mm/h was imposed during 2 hours. Infiltration was estimated to be 3.2 mm/h by the authors of the experiments.
