CONSTITUENT DOCUMENTS OF HIGHER PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

In this article, the author conducted a scientific analysis of the constituent documents of private higher education institutions from a theoretical and practical point of view. It is also substantiated that the charter of a higher educational institution is a legally significant document and proposals and recommendations are put forward on the need to make additions and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Limited and Additional Liability Companies" clarifying the legal status of private higher educational institutions.
