Whole genome re-sequencing of the Oscheius tipulae strain JU170

the Oscheius tipulae strain JU170 has been used as a mapping strain in a mapping-by-sequencing pipeline for vulva mutants.It is a wild strain collected in April 2000 in the Alcazar gardens in Sevilla, Spain, under orange trees. Its vulva is wild-type, like the reference strain CEW1.In order to determine all genomic variations with the Oscheius tipulae reference strain CEW1 (and especially Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), genomic DNA of this strain was re-sequenced using Illumina 100-bp paired-end reads at ~40X coverage.
