This mixed-methods study was conducted on the Community Health Worker (CHW) and Immediate Postpartum Family Planning (IPPFP) High Impact Practices (HIPs) in Nepal. IPPFP readiness assessments were conducted in 140 facilities and with 270 providers in a subset of 7 districts, CHW readiness assessments were conducted across 21 eligible facilities with 176 CHWs in a subset of 4 districts, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) were conducted with 2 program managers and 2 members of the Family Welfare Division (FWD), and indicators on scale and reach were collected from the DHIS2. Data from the KIIs and DHIS2 are not included in these data. The partner on this work was the Center for Research on Education, Health and Social Science (CREHSS).
